The City of Toronto has implemented a Motorized Watercraft Exclusion Zone across its waterfront for the 2026 season. This covers Woodbine Beach, Humber Bay Shores, Hanlan’s Point Beach, and all city parks, beaches, and marinas. Commercial jet ski rentals are banned city-wide, with operator fines of up to $100,000 and active enforcement by Toronto Police.
